New Construction
Building a new home? The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard for measuring the energy efficiency of a home. Performing a HERS rating on your new home is the best way to maximize your energy savings and rebates with several HERS rating rebate options to fit all types of homes.
Builders and Homeowners can apply for individual New Home Construction equipment rebates such as:
- Efficient boilers and furnaces
- Water heaters
- ENERGY STAR® clothes washers, dryers and dishwashers
- ENERGY STAR exterior doors
- And more!

Manufactured Homes Initiative
Our Energy Efficiency Program offers energy upgrades valued at up to $600 at no cost to Efficiency United customers in manufactured homes. Participating homes may be eligible for no cost upgrades including:
- Two diagnostic tests to determine air leakage and heat duct leakage
- Duct sealing and maintenance, as determined by the installer, to reduce leakage
- A furnace safety test and cleanup
If you have a natural gas water heater, you may also receive new:
- High-efficiency showerheads
- Kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators
- Hot water pipe wrap
Appointments require one person over the age of 18 to be present at the time of service.
